Cancellation Policy
This service provides online private Japanese lessons. ・Lessons are conducted online via Google Meet. ・Reservations can be made up to 12 hours before the lesson start time. ・Please book from the available time slots shown online. ・A Google Meet link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. ・Cancellations or changes are allowed up to 12 hours before the lesson. ・No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 12 hours or for no-shows. If there are unavoidable circumstances such as technical issues, please contact us.
