This service provides online private Japanese lessons.

​Lessons may be purchased and booked individually or as part of a lesson plan.

 

All payments are non-refundable after purchase.

 

Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

 

If a lesson is canceled at least 12 hours in advance, the lesson may be rescheduled as a make-up lesson. No refunds will be issued.

 

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or a make-up lesson.

 

If a lesson cannot be conducted due to instructor-related reasons or system issues, a replacement lesson or a full refund will be provided.

 Additional Policy for In-Person Lessons:

​

In-person lessons are held at a rental office in Shinjuku area. The exact location will be provided the day before the lesson after the reservation confirmed.

Lessons are available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Lessons are not offered Japanese public holidays.

 

Payment for in-person lessons is available by in-person lesson tickets only. Please purchase an in-person lesson ticket from the plan page before making a reservation.

Reservations and rescheduling requests must be made at latest 2 days before the lesson date.

 

Cancellations are free of charge up to 2 days before the lesson. Cancellations made one day before or on the day of the lesson will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.
